We looking for an experienced Flash Developer to work closely with the creative and technical teams to deliver high standard digital solutions. Tribal DDB Worldwide is a full-service digital agency network with 44 offices in 25 countries.
Position Requirements:
- Assist the creative team to concept Flash projects including, web sites, online advertising, games and animation.
- Create dynamic and scalable interactive Flash applications.
- Give creative input regarding enhancements using Flash and related technologies.
- Assist in all phases of creative work from concept and storyboards through production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years strong Flash experience.
- Expert level Actionscript (1 and 2) programming.
- Expert knowledge of Flash animation techniques using both the timeline and programmatic motion.
- Experience creating dynamic Flash applications that use XML and server side technologies.
- Ability to translate designs accurately from various applications into Flash.
- Expert knowledge of encoding audio and video within Flash.
- Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with HTML/Javascript/XML.
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Art Directors/Designers.
